Sims 4 Characters taking shower or bath with clothes on.

This started a few months ago with an update I forget which update but, ever since that update all my sim characters in any of my saved games take a shower or a bath with their clothes on. when they go to work they put cap on from the horse ranch expansion pack they never had that cap on, its not in their clothing collection some times they walk around in black shorts or undershorts and i can not make they wear their clothes i make then change then a few seconds later they change back male, female and kids they all do this.

One more thing is you make then go nude they wear those same black shorts or undershorts and that cap. they are also drinking water all the time.

How do I make this stop? Before when they took a shower or a bath or got nude they took all their clothes off.
