Sims 4 child not going to school

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.48.94.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All current game expansions, game packs, and stuff packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Select child in household
What happens when the bug occurs? My recent child who aged up cannot go to school. There is no prompt saying she has school in at 8am, when 8am rolls around she does not get prompted to go to school. I manually select "go to school" but no action occurs. I see on the left hand side that an action is trying to form, but it instantly goes away. I also do not get a warning that she will be late to school, or is missing school.
What do you expect to see? My sim child going to school normally.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I have custom CC and mods, but I have removed those twice from the game and the bug still occurs. I have taken mods out, repaired the game and it doesnt fix it. I've repaired the game with mods in and it does not fix it. I've debugged my sim in game, I've evicted my sims from their current house, moved them back in and it has not worked. I've evicted them from their house and moved them into another house and it is still bugged. I'm not sure what else to do other than uninstall the game itself.

    There's a bug where the school day turns into a holiday so it will say they are on holiday when they're not. In their work/school tab.

    Just checking if that's the issue you have.

    No it doesnt say theres a holiday. Could that still be the bug possibly? Is there a way to fix it?

    I tested your save and while she wouldn't go to school the day you have set it too, it worked fine for me the next day (actually she went to school later that day

      

    Try resetting your user files as described in the factory reset described in this post: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps-amp-Known-Issues/m-p/3621199

    You won't loose anything. Just make sure to not delete any files  and make a backup.

    After renaming, repair your game by right clicking on the game in Origin.

    Try on a new game with nothing added back first (start new game). If it works, put back your save game and try again. If it still works, you can start putting stuff back.

    • Options.ini (or just re-set all your settings manually)
    • Tray Folder
    • Screenshots/Videos/Custom music
    • Rest of the save games (leave out slot_00000001.save which is the autosave and no longer needed - if you still have it)
    • Custom content like clothing, hair, skins, make up ....
    • Mods (one by one, making sure they all still work)

    The rest does not need putting back, cause they are mostly cache files that recreate or log files that are not needed for the game.

    How can I fix this problem I am getting really annoyed by them saying the principle is calling them because they are missing school. And everyday it’s like that!!!! Please help me and figure out what’s going on with the sims4
