Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It is a glitch in only one of my save games, there is a black/brown smoke wall glitch that appears in 19 Culpepper House, only on one side when I am facing the lot. It can also be viewed before game-play, when I am picking what apartment to play in. This only occurs in one of my saves and I'm not sure why.
What happens when the bug occurs? It is a permanent brown smoke-like wall that does not disappear.
What do you expect to see? Nothing blocking my view from the game.

I have attached a file that shows the issue that I am experiencing. I'm not quite sure how to describe it. The smoky brown wall that appears also appears in gameplay, and it is quite annoying. This only occurs in one of my saves. I have removed all of my mods, and repaired the game and I'm still not sure what is causing the issue.
