could you try removing all your mods and starting a new save for testing purposes to see if it's just that one save that has the problem or a general issue ?
I already removed all of my mods and tried and made a completely new save. That new save was perfectly fine and had no issues, it's literally just one save file.
Would you be willing to share your save with me ?
If so, please zip your saves folder and upload it somewhere like dropbox,, googledrive or OneDrive and PM me the link.
I won't have time to look at it until tomorrow though.
