What settings are you playing on ? That Chip is not really made for gaming and the amount of RAM you have is also a bit bordlerline.

Check if there's new drivers for your chip too: Intel Download Center: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/

I would put all settings on low and see if it gets better

I understand that my laptop isn't really for gaming so I keep them on low/medium! However, it just seems to be since the update... I will try everything on low and see how that goes!

Do you have any crash log files you could share ?

I'm not sure if these are the correct files? Nonetheless, I have attached a crash file and an exception file

Did you remove your mods/cc or never had any ?

I had a few in the past and I removed all of them recently when I downloaded City Living

Are these the only crash logs you have ? Those are from novemeber

My game crashed the last time I was on it about 2 - 3 weeks ago but I do not seem to have crash files for that or any recent crashes? However I do have this file from today and another from around 16 days ago. Usually a window pops up saying that Sims 4 is not responding in which it then crashes.
