Sims 4 Cloud Game Saves

I have played Sims 4 for a LONG time and I have been saving with 'cloud' enabled. I had to reset my computer bacause of an issue and I re-loaded origin. Now I reloaded Sims 4 thinking I could start where I left off but there is NOTHING. How can I get my sims save file back? Is there a way to access the cloud in-game? Thank you for your time.

Cloud save doesn't work for Sims 4.

If you didn't backup your saves from your hard drive, there's not much you can do to get them back.
