@Vakemelio Once you've added Sims 4 to an account, it's tied to that account, and you shouldn't need to input the code again to download or play. In fact, the code won't work a second time, even on the same account. Are you sure you're using the same account credentials as you did when you first registered the game for your sister? Was it on her account and not yours or a parent's?
