@kaylin_i8 and @mrs_reynolds690_ Do your packs now show as owned in the EA App, under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons? If not, please clear the EA App's cache and try again.

If they do show as owned, do they show as installed under Manage add-ons, or can you still download them?

I have cleared the cache for both the EA App and Sims 4 and the same message keeps appearing when I type the codes in. The codes keep getting accepted, but the packs do not show as owned or in the manage add-ons list.

@kaylin_i8 To be clear, you can only use a given code once. Typing it in again won't change the outcome.
Please let me know whether these packs show up at all under Manage add-ons. If they do show up, post a screenshot of what you see there.
Please also let me know whether you've ever had access to these packs in another way, for example through an EA Play subscription or through Steam or Epic. Sometimes an old entitlement can block a new one from working.
