Sims 4 Color Problems - White is pink

I am having trouble with the sims 4. 

The color is completely wrong. The white intro screen is pink, and on the create a character screen everything is misaligned. Like i'm supposed to be wearing 3d glasses and I'm not .

I dont know how to embed pictures here - so i've loaded them up here is a link so you can see what I'm talking about.

if you look in the background of the screen shots you'll see that the color on my monitor when not in game is completely fine. 

what do i do?
