Sims 4 Community content won't load or allow you to download

Just updated to the new patch and it broke my game. When accessing the community and looking at other people's creations nothing will load. It will not allow you to download or view anything it gets ...

    Did you check if your firewall/antivirus are not blocking the connection ?

    That said, the gallery has been a bit wonky the past few days so it could just be a temp issue.

    Can you access the web-gallery ok ?

Hey I just want to say thank you! I had just updated my antivirus and firewall before launching the game and when I launched the game it downloaded the new update for Sims 4. I assumed the update was the problem. I turned off my firewall and low and behold it freaking works again. Thank you. lol

Put it back on standard and add thesims.com, Origin.com, origin.exe and ts4_64.exe as exceptions.
