but having another issue unfortunately with the game
I purchased the sims 4 on December 4 for ps4 and never had the community gallery. I have no issues with my internet and preformed all other troubleshooting steps. After a 28 minute phone call to tech support they say it appears to be an issue on their end and hopefully will be fixed with the next patch. No idea when that will be.
The community gallery is not available on console versions of the game. It is not an issue it is by design. It may however be something they might add in the future, but that we do not know yet. 🙂
