@alyssaleigh101 I'm so sorry that this has happened to you!
I think deleting OneDrive was the cause of these issues. It probably got confused when you downloaded Cottage Living as there was nothing to support it. If you are not going to use OneDrive you MUST use another storage system. That's the reason all of your saves are gone : because there is nothing for them to be stored in. You should've downloaded a different storage system and transferred all of your data into the new one before deleting OneDrive because now your computer is very confused.
If you're lucky, you may still be able to save some stuff.
Try logging into OneDrive.com and your data should still be available. You will just need to transfer it to a new storage system. Try downloading EaseUS Todo Backup Home and transfer the data you have in OneDrive.com into it.
This will hopefully restore your game to normal.
If not, try repairing your game. On The Sims 4 homepage, click on the manage button and then choose repair. It may take about 5 minutes to repair basegame and ALL of the packs you own.
My fingers are crossed xx 🙂

@1105Cats There's no need to install any "storage system" for Sims 4. The user data can sit in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4.
@alyssaleigh101 Please see the first post of this thread for information about how to recover your saves (if they still exist) and how to safely get rid of OneDrive:
