@themountains Please update the BIOS for your computer. You may be several versions behind; I believe this is the driver download page for your model, and it offers version 1.18 rather than your current 1.14:

But double-check by clicking This Device and entering your service tag.
The reason to update your BIOS is that some of the Sims 4 crashes in your dxdiag are related to an issue with overclocked high-end Intel processors, where the motherboard applies the overclocking settings by default. I wrote out more details here:

If the BIOS update doesn't help, please disable CPU Turbo Boost, as described in that post.
