Sims 4 Cottage Living doesn't work

Hi, I've bought the expansion pack yesterday, and have downloaded it. On my EA app it shows that it has been installed. However when I open my Sims, i can see the Henford-on-Bagley world, but I can...

@althee_nectar Do CAS and Build/Buy items from Cottage Living show up? Please check, and don't rely on filters; look for a specific item you know belongs to the pack, for example the chicken coop.

If the items do show up in your game, this is likely a mod-related issue, so please remove your Mods folder and test. If HonB shows up, you can use the 50/50 method to sort through your mods and custom content.

Hi, thank you so so much! It worked, I now can enter the world. But when I want to try the clothing from the pack, my sims turn red and white with question marks. Do you perhaps know how I can fix this?

  @althee_nectar I'd make the same suggestions that Crinrict would, so please try whatever she describes in your new thread.
