PedroMateus79 I didn't say "most" players don't want to use mods. I said "many" don't want to use mods, and others can't because consoles don't support it.
As for the kind of help offered here, I can't speak for anyone else, but I only very rarely tell anyone to wait for a patch because I don't generally deal with game bugs. I usually start with mods because mods cause a lot of issues, AND a broken mod can't be fixed with other troubleshooting. Why waste someone's time with other suggestions when removing the Mods folder is such an easy test?
Then I go to a dxdiag (which is not only about hardware, of course) because I don't know what else is on a player's system, and often enough, I see a Windows Error Report that's suggestive of a particular problem. It's true that I don't take anyone's word that their computer is fine either. But I cannot tell you how many times I've been told "my computer is completely fine/brand-new/reports no problems found" and it turns out there's a problem, often an obvious one. I don't know these people and who is overestimating their skills. And they did come here to ask for help, after all.
This is a player-help-player forum. It is NOT EA customer support and doesn't pretend to be. If you want to talk to someone in support, there's a Help Center link at the bottom of every page. On this site, the EA employees are almost all community managers, people tasked with running the forum overall, not necessarily with solving individual issues.
If you would like my help at some later point, you're welcome to ask for it. But please don't ask for it and then tell me I'm not providing what you think is the right kind of help, or that you're disappointed not to hear from someone else whose job isn't actually to help players with their game issues.
Here is my dxdiag for patch 1.115. See how many times ts4 causes erros xD
