Sim's 4 crashes and glitches every time I play!

Ever since the last update, my Sim's 4 is ruined. Every time I play, after about 15 minutes it comes up with "The Sims 4 isn't working." It also won't show the name of the new place (Newgate) and in the notifications, it is coming up with my characters face and a blank speech bubble.

I have uninstalled all of the game, and reinstalled it. This didn't change anything about the glitches. PLEASE HELP!

Thank you

Sorry for the late reply, I had forgotten to subscribe to email reply alerts!

I looked at the DxDiag report, and this is what I have noted (upon recommendation to the link you gave me)

Operating System: Windows vista home premium (6.0, build 6002)

Processor: AMD Athlon (tm) Dual Core Processor 4450e (2 CPUs), ~ 2.3GHz

    Memory: 3070MB RAM

    Name: ATI Radeon HD 3450

    Date: 10/03/2010 22.33.04

Is there any more information from it you require, or do I need to attach it to this?

    Hello,

We usually recommend that people post the whole report as there is often important pieces of information that are hard for those who are not as tech savvy to distinguish, however you have posted most of the important information.

Do you know whether your Windows Vista operating system is 32-bit or 64-bit?

    Thanks,

    Cody

    Hello,

Sorry I have not got back to you earlier. I've managed to find the information about your computer I needed, and I would suggest seeing whether a driver update will resolve your issues. Your latest driver can be found here.

I hope this helps and keep simming,

    Cody

Would I download both the things on that link or just one? (If so, which one?)

    Thanks

    Hello,

You would need to download the "Catalyst Software Suite" files - my apologies for not making that clearer earlier.

I hope this helps and keep simming,

    Cody
