Thanks Phantomlover1717 for responding. No, I don't have any custom content. It concerns me that if I have a system issue, it would have popped up before I hit 150 hours on the game, but maybe not. (Like I said, I really like this game.)

Your graphics driver is from 2013, I would suggest updating that:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/

Sorry about the delay in responding. I appreciate your willingness to take a look and see if there was something you could spot. I followed the link today and updated my drivers. I'll write again in the next couple of days and let you know if the update solved the problem.

@Phantomlover1717, hi. I didn't have to wait long. It crashed within 30 seconds of restarting the game. Do you have any other ideas? I'm lost.

@Jennifer4Sims The video chip in your computer has 64Mb of dedicated video memory and the minimum requirement for this game is 128Mb of dedicated video memory. Is your computer what is called the slim case?
