EA_Francois, I do not have a laptop. My computer is an iMac.
My bad, your graphic card's model threw me off:
AMD Radeon 6600M and 6700M Series
The M usually stands for Mobile or Mobility, which indicates the made-for-laptop version of a particular card. Those tend to have a little lower performance as to avoid overheating or drawing excessive resources (which, in turn, means reduced performance).
