Sims 4 crashes on new computer.
I bought a new dsktop from a friend who didn't have any problems with sims 4 when she had it (She updated her set-up to be able to play hevier games and let me buy her old one, which is 3 years old)....
@BestestBun Have you tested a new save yet, or are you only playing your existing saves from the previous computer? I ask because most of the Sims 4 crashes in your dxdiag are too generic to be much use on their own. So it would be helpful to know how a new save runs. Please test if you haven't already, and let me know. This is not to say you can't keep playing with your existing saves, only that this is relevant information either way.
Please also remove any compatibility mode you've set. Sims 4 runs fine in both Windows 10 and 11, and a compatibility mode only complicates troubleshooting.
