@SafeProduct299 and @NoahDaan Please clear the EA App's cache:

and run the App as an admin: right-click the desktop shortcut and select "Run as administrator." Then try to repair without first opening Sims 4.
If that doesn't help, please temporarily disable your antivirus, just long enough to try repairing again. If this doesn't help either, please post a screenshot of the error you're seeing.
The game version being wonky is a known issue in Windows 11 and has nothing to do with the other problem.
