Sims 4 Crashes out of memory 2024

@75723156470cd198 Every time a Sims 4 update changes the game's executable file, there's a chance an antivirus program will flag the .exe even when it didn't before. That's just how these programs work, although some work better than others. And that doesn't take into account new features an AV may add in an update. Some are supposed to provide more robust protections but end up blocking perfectly legitimate actions as well.

I would still like to know whether this happens immediately after restarting the computer. It's possible that running too many other programs is the issue, whether your daughter is aware or they're just running in the background. It would also be helpful to know how much RAM is in use after a restart, with nothing opened (deliberately) other than the Task Manager, and of course how much memory is installed. Bloatware can be a real problem and doesn't always make itself known.
