Sims 4 crashes when loading into household

 Can someone help me with this? I'll gladly appreciate it.  My sims 4 household keeps on crashing Everytime I load into it. I've reset it, played with no cc or mods, and I've done everything to fix ...

@puzzlezaddict i tried everything and it still didn't work. when i loaded it, it crashed the same way

      @IIrjvcII  Yes, you did it correctly.  The Sims 4 crashes aren't all that specific, so it's difficult to point to a particular cause.  There are also a few nonspecific system errors listed.

      So it's best to start with a couple of checks on your Windows system files.  Here's how:

      • Hit Windows key-X
      • Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator),” whichever option is offered
      • Inside the window that appears, copy and paste “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes into the window, and enter
      • The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here
      • After it reaches 100%, hit Windows key-X again
      • Again, choose “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator)”
      • Inside the window, copy and paste “sfc /scannow” without quotes into the window, and enter
      • Post the message you receive here

      Restart your computer, and repair the game, even if you've done it before: open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.

      Trash the new Sims 4 folder that you created, and let the game spawn another new one.  Try to start a new save, and let me know whether it works.

        Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them.
        For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at
        windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offline
        repairs, details are included in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flag.

        so first it gave me that and when i went into the log it gave me a cabinet file and a txt file, which one should i link?
