Sims 4 crashes when trying to play/enter Build Mode for lots in Willow Creek

Every time I go to Build Mode or Play for the section that holds the lots of: Streamlet Single, Crick Cabana, Bargain Bend, Daisy Hovel, and Garden Essence, Sims crashes. It shows the loading screen, freezes, and crashes. Though it has been crashing here and there despite not clicking on those lots, it's ONLY those stated lots that cause it to crash when trying to play/enter Build Mode. I can evict, move sims out/in, but I can't play them, or build. I downloaded it through Origin, and it was working perfectly (Was able to build one house), until about two months ago. It continues to crash, and while in Build Mode on a lot in Oasis Springs, the screen turned blue, nothing showed up except the Store and camera settings bars (It resolved itself not a week later). Now, yes, I have recently downloaded some mods, the crashing started long before downloading anything. Help?
