Sims 4 crashing after Sept. 2024 update when I go into build/buy

My game crashes every time I go into build mode but only when its a household I play with. Ive tried everything but getting rid of mods and cc cause I just don't want to do that and have to figure out each one. I did the Dxdiag and nothing came up so idk what to do. pls help
