Sims 4 Crashing after update 9/18/24
I've had sims 4 since it came out I play on my laptop and have never once experienced crashing until this update i don't have mods only some CC i love this game and it makes me so sad i cant play sin...

Huey_Avocado Please describe how the game crashes in more detail, for example does it crash on a loading screen, or when you're playing a specific save or a specific lot?
Please also provide a dxdiag. Hit Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
Hi there! I am having the same issue with Gshade and my game crashing. The game will load perfect and the Gshade menu will load, but as soon as I try to enable a preset, the game crashes. I have uninstalled Gshade and repaired my game. I have also reinstalled Gshade to Direct 9 instead of 11. I don't know how to fix it.
