sims 4 crashing and freezing dec 7 2020 pc

Yep I am having severe problems with my game too. I can't get into live mode or build mode. I tried all the fixes too, but nothing helps.

My game is just unplayable now ☹️

I got kinda alarmed because I didn't see anyone else having problems with their game.

Everyone is just gushing over the new skin tones, which I was really looking forward to playing with too...

Try playing on a new game file, it might help. I'm gonna try to transfer some of my families from my gallery to the new file 🙂

@Elenala463  Since the new save crashed as well, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
