sims 4 crashing during build mode with no error

I'm literally 2 seconds from throwing my pc out the window. I haven't been able to play a session of sims 4 all the way through without it crashing since I bought it 3 years ago. I decided finally yesterday to wipe my pc clean of EVERYTHING except personal files and even then went in and deleted some of those to make enough space. The game has been running smoothly since, until I get to build mode. Yesterday I finished building the exterior of a mansion and got to planning out the interior and it crashed by the time I was to the 2nd floor. It's been letting me play and build for a few hours before it completely crashes in build mode with no error. First it starts to freeze for 30 seconds, next thing I know, im back at my desktop with no warning. After resetting my entire pc this morning and deleting additional unneeded files, I placed the game in windowed mode, disabled origin in game, and since I had to redownload sims all over again from the reset, I haven't added  any cc or mods, yet I still have this issue. Can somebody please tell me whats going on. At this point im thinking im going to have to spend more money to get the best pc in order to play this freaking game, and if that's the case then I wont be playing anymore. currently trying to add in my last crash file but even that is giving me bs. will try and get that up soon
