@Sevreign Are these crashes happening in a new save in a clean user folder? I just want to make sure before I send you down a rabbithole, considering you've already done a lot of troubleshooting yourself.
I'd also like to see a new error report from the Reliability Monitor to make sure you're still getting exactly the same crashes as are in your dxdiag. Those crashes don't have timestamps and could in theory be from before one or another of your interventions. Please launch the game again (still new save, still clean folder, no mods or cc) and let it crash. Then hit Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day. Today is on the right.
Look for an error that happened at exactly the time of this crash. If you find one, double-click it to see more details, then copy that info and paste it into a reply here. If you don't see a new error, check back in an hour or so—the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away.

This time Live Mode lasted 5 minutes although nothing was selectable and the needs bars were green but at 0, totally weird.
Anyways the crash report:

@Sevreign Again, was this in a clean user folder with absolutely nothing added back to it? Messed up needs bars sounds very much like a mods/custom content issue, although that is of course not the only cause. But since the fixes for those other causes are somewhat inconvenient and/or time-consuming, it would be best to eliminate third-party content first.
This error itself is an access violation, too generic to be of much use by itself, but the faulting module is a core component of Windows. This component is unlikely to be corrupt itself, since your computer presumably still works in general; it's more likely that the game is misusing the resource. Still, if the problem happens without mods or cc and you want to address potential issues on the Windows side, a repair install would be relatively quick and simple. Here's how (option two):
https://www.elevenforum.com/t/repair-install-windows-11-with-an-in-place-upgrade.418/
This shouldn't delete any of your data, but if you get to step 14 and are NOT asked to keep personal files and apps, back out and start over.

@puzzlezaddict No mods/CC, clean user folder.
Just did the windows repair thing, everything went well it seems but unfortunately the problem with The Sims 4 remains unsolved.
The new crash report after the repair. Again with no mods/CC and clean user folder.
