My Sims 4 base game + all DLC has been removed from my EA account.

Hello! I logged on to play last week and found that I no longer have the base game or any DLC content on my account and my play time has been reset from my previously logged 2000+ hours. I've tried to contact support or lack there of, but to no avail.  I've tried clearing all cache's, double checking that I'm logged into the right account, logging in on different machines as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the launcher. Has anyone else had this kind of issue? Or does anyone know how to contact an actual human from EA?
