@dumpkin2 When you say you can't get through a week, do you mean total for a given save, or just in one play session? If it's total, once you've played for a week, quit, and reloaded, around how long can you play in real time before the game crashes again? Do you use mods or custom content? It's fine if you do; the extra content just needs to be taken into account.
Please also run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

@puzzlezaddict I am referring to just one play session. In real time it varies from 10 minutes to a few hours. I do not use any mods or cc.

@dumpkin2 The Sims 4 errors in your dxdiag are mostly access violations, which could be caused by a number of different factors, even without mods or custom content. It's worth clearing Origin's cache and repairing again, even though you've already repaired—sometimes Origin doesn't run a proper repair, maybe because it retains some stale data in its cache.

Is there any pattern to the crashes, for example do they happen when your sims travel, or when you speed up the in-game clock, or when you're building? You mentioned that successive crashes happen sooner, which makes me wonder if your computer is running hot. If there's no real pattern to the crashes, and repairing doesn't help, it may be worth doing some hardware monitoring, just to make sure temperatures aren't an issue.
