SaigonTimeMD Sorry for the late reply. If you still need help, since the older driver worked at one point, try doing a clean uninstall of the current driver and reinstalling something older. Here's how:

Choose Game Ready Driver as the Download Type to go back further.
If that doesn't help, look for a BIOS update for your laptop. If you find one, install it and test again.
I'd also be curious to know whether laptop mode helps after clean-uninstalling the graphics driver. It's basically potato mode, disabling Advanced Rendering, and it has several distinct graphics effects that are worth testing separately. That in turn can be accomplished by editing GraphicsRules.sgr.
