For the water issue, what exactly do you mean? I saw one report a couple days ago of water interactions appearing on land:

Let me know if that part sounds like what you're seeing. And if it is, try removing the water, just as a test.
Please do both with your Mods folder removed if you use any mods or custom content at all.
