@Pusheenator99 As a test, please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just let me know whether you can get far enough to start a new save and play in live mode for a bit.
If that doesn't help, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

I did as you said and it still didn't work. So, i did a clean uninstall to the game once again and even the EA app this time. The game continued to crash freeze to a point i couldn't reach my task manager to end the task for the sims 4, i had to restart my pc. This is the dxdiag.
@Pusheenator99 Please uninstall all your Razer software: Chroma, Synapse, whatever you can find. Restart and test Sims 4. If this helps, you can reinstall the apps one at a time, while testing, to see which one is causing the issue. They might actually all be fine after reinstalling, but it's best to be thorough.
If that doesn't help, please try playing in a clean boot:
The one service to leave enabled is the EABackgroundService, which the EA App needs in order to run. Disable the rest as described.
When you reboot your computer, go through the Task Manager's background processes list shutting down any service that doesn't absolutely need to be running, for example anything from MSI Afterburner to RGB software might still be enabled. If you accidentally kill a critical process and it doesn't restart on its own, just reboot your computer again.
Don't open anything other than Sims 4 and the EA App while testing, not even a browser window.
So like, i tried to do a clean boot and i followed the steps step by step and managed to do that. However, when i restarted, my wifi wouldn't connect because i guess i disabled everything. Then i had to google how to do a clean boot but while my wifi is working and i managed to follow the steps. When i restarted, all my icons and my screen were super big it scared me, so i felt like maybe i did something wrong?? So i had to enable everything back in order to make my pc go back to normal but ya the sims still isn't working and it just freezes, it doesnt even close the game anymore to a point that i have to restart so that i can exit it. I'm tired and i don't know why this happened all of a sudden after an update.
i had to have my wifi working in order to open the EA app and the sims game cuz it wouldn't let me open it, there was no offline mode option.
