Community AdminIf you check your reliability monitor is there a report for the crash?
Your machine isn't exactly a powerhouse, so try restarting with a Clean Boot and see if it has any effect.
Also, on laptops heating can be an issue, do the fans become noticeably louder before the crashes?
Finally (for now 😉) your graphics chipset is showing drivers from 2010, try updating these: http://help.ea.com/en/article/finding-devices-and-updating-drivers/
Yes, in the reliability monitor there are reports for both crashes (because I stopped playing after the second one).
The fans become louder randomly quite often, so I didn't pay attention at that moment, but if it happens again I will check.
