@LittleCloud49  Try playing in a clean user folder.  Move your entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  Don't add anything to it yet; just see whether you can load a new save and play for a bit without any crashing.

If not, try uninstalling and reinstalling the 2013 VC++ runtimes: there are a few Sims 4 errors in your dxdiag that mention a component of the runtimes.  Hit Windows key-i, select Apps, scroll down to the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables, click on the 2013 x86 and x64 bit versions, and select Uninstall.  Don't touch any other versions.  You can download fresh copies from Microsoft here:

You do need both the x86 and x64 versions, but not the _arm version, which is for a different class of device.

Restart your computer before trying to play.

If that doesn't help either, open your Task Manager and end any task that contains "DTS" in the name; you'd be looking for an audio program in the background processes list.  (You'd need to view the Task Manager in detail mode to see this list.)  These programs should restart when you reboot your computer.
