Sims 4 Crazy Wall Mural Glitch (?!)

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? This bug occurs whenever I am on the main lot of my Sims' home, located in Newcrest. There is what appears to be an over sized wall mural - a City Living object - going through the lot as well as the neighboring restaurant.
What happens when the bug occurs? The Sims cannot go past the mural, therefore making them stuck and unable to enter or leave the home. When I click the mural, it comes up with the basic functions ('Paint City Mural', 'Spray Graffiti', 'Paint Political Mural', etc.)
What do you expect to see? I don't expect to see the mural at all, I've tried to delete it but there isn't an option. I've also tried to delete the lot.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. This issue started after the most recent patch on November 15th.

When my Sims travel to other lots, the mural is not there, it seems to only be on this lot.
