Sims 4 custom content deleted off of my Sims after update
How can I fix this without having to redo all my Sims !! the custom content is still there just now half of my sims are bald and missing clothes

Mine also got deleted - the box popped up and said everything was being deleted because I "don't own" items...they were all downloaded off free sites and worked just fine five minutes ago. I've tried removing the Mods folder and then popping it back in - nothing. Can this be fixed or has EA just stolen hours of my life I'm never getting back?
