Sims 4 Dead sims resetting into other households and other problems

Hi simmers, I tried addressing this issue a few months ago but ever since the latest patches the problems have gotten progressively worse.

I’m starting to have major problems with relationship mainly, for some reason if I don’t speak to a sim for a certain amount of days the friendship completely disappears from being friends to strangers. But in the last two patches things have been getting a little strange I briefly mentioned sims resetting into other households.

But I was looking more into it while playing my game and it seems as though the sim data of certain sims gets deleted and they no longer exists. In my relationships I have a sim called Loucretia she died of old age in my household I got her urn but on the family tree she’s not greyed out like a dead sim should be, it’s like her data was erased leaving only her picture because I have more information to back up my theory, when I go into my friends she has completely disappeared from their friends even though she is their mother and usually when a sim dies their picture becomes greyed out in the friends like it should be in the family tree, what’s even stranger is for random townies that know her  can invite her over but when I try to invite her over it says “Loucretia Slade Robledo not found” Like she doesn’t exists when I know she does because I played with her.

I briefly spoke about my relationships for certain sims being messed up with Elders resetting into other households being married to teens this has gotten better and doesn’t happen as frequently.

It seems as though things are deleting themselves as the game progresses on.

This may just be happening because my save file is very old.

I tried sending my save files last time but found it difficult to do so since there was no option to attach files.

I did have Mc command center at one point but that was months ago and I have never had problems with it but I removed it since I found it to difficult to use and didn't want to mess up my game.
