Sims 4 Detective Notebook problem
I've been playing TS4 GTW for a while and everything has been fine (so far). My sim is a detective and in order to get a promotion, he needs to solve more cases - only one problem, I can't solve this...

Looks like a bug that's for sure.
Are you using mods in your game ? I think the only solution is to quit the career and rejoin
