Sims 4 digital deluxe (pre-ordered & pre-loaded) won't startup.

i don't understand why I haven't seen a solution to this yet.... i pre-ordered and pre-loaded (days ago).  When I go to play it just thinks for a few seconds then.... nothing.  No errors, no white s...

Could you post this info: 

  1. Click on Start and then type the following into the search prompt at the bottom: perfmon /rel
  2. Press Enter to proceed.
  3. A window will open and in there you can click on the red circles with a white X.
  4. After clicking the X, the info on the bottom will update. Choose the Sims 4 Critical Event one and right click on it and choose "View Technical Details"
  5. Now on the next window, choose Copy to clipboard at the very bottom and post this into a reply to us here.

help!!  it's been 5 DAYS  and I still haven't been able to run this!     i've tried everything you all suggested.  there's no errors no crashing ... just nothing.  All the info you guys need is posted above.  please look into this.  i'm not the only one with this problem.

 The only thing I can try is installing it on another rig, but that's supposed to be my GTAV pc while this is my wife's Sims4 rig!  You all see my dilemma?? 🙂 

I've seen folks running win8 having the same issue but they get it fixed.  I'm running win 7 x86 and none of those solutions are working or are available to me.  in fact, i'm worried that all the **bleep** i'm doing to my PC to get this to run is causing more damage than good. 

i game on this PC with Steam and have NEVER had this problem before... the problem is definately associated with Origin, Sims4 downloaded files and compatibility....
