Sims 4 Digital Deluxe won't install

I just bought the Sims 4 Digital Deluxe version but every time I try to download it on my windows laptop, it keeps telling me that there was a download error.  The message states: "We're sorry, Ori...

Make sure you have Proxies turned off.

Control Panel --> Internet Options --> Connections --> LAN Settings --> Untick Proxy Server
