Sims 4 Disc Questions

Okay, I'll just get to the point. I'm planning on buying a Sims 4 disc soon and I have a few questions. 1) What type of PC's support Sims 4? And can I just insert the disc into the disc slide thing...

Can you still download hair , clothes , skin, mods , etc if you buy the disc version?
