SIMS 4, DLC's not in sync

I bought a couple of codes and redemed them on EA APP but my sims 4 is mostly bought through STEAM, but i cant get to play the packs that i redeemed, any solution? my accounts of both pages are linked and for e.g the for rent DLC is like pending on the game 'to download' I don't know what to do HEEELP!!

@gaby0795 If you sign into the EA App and click Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons, can you download the new packs? They should install into the Steam version and load as if you'd bought them from Steam.

If you can't download the packs, clear the EA App's cache and try again.
