did anyone resolved this issue yet?
@shannonG21 That depends on what you mean by "resolve." If you're running the Legacy Edition, Dream Home Decorator won't load, there's nothing you can do about that.
What game version are you running? You can see it on the Main Menu, where you choose to load a save or start a new one: it's along the bottom of the screen, or in the lower right corner. Please list the entire version number, i.e. 1.xx.xx.xxxx.

@1ChaPow1 Is Dream Home Decorator not showing up, or some other pack? If it's DHD, please run a search for GP10 , which is the folder for Dream Home Decorator Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter GP10 in the search field in the upper-right corner. Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result. If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary. Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here.
If you're missing a different pack, please substitute that pack's folder name in the search. Here's a list of all those names:
