Please also let the game load, switch it to windowed mode (but don't minimize it), bring up the Task Manager, and make sure it's showing in Detail mode (click More Details if not). Take a screenshot of the Task Manager window and post it here.
Hi so I updated my game to the new update because the EA app just auto updated on its own. My game will not launch and when I finally do launch it it freezes to the point I can’t play. I want to get help on here but by the time everyone gets back to me here days go by before anything gets resolved. I’m only able to play tonight and won’t get to play again till probably Friday if even so I would appreciate if I could get some quick help tonight. Ever since this new app my game struggles so much to launch. I finally got origin situated only for them to take it away from me. I’m not a happy camper. I am already playing in windowed mode but that did not help.
