Sims 4 Eco Life won't Appear after I Downloaded
I am on a surface pro x, and I downloaded the sims 4 eco life. I got the conformation email, and the money out of my bank account. But every time I go onto the Sims, it won't appear. It has been about a week, and I have tried updating the game and repaired the game multiple times. I just felt like I spent 40$ for nothing. I have bought every other pack, and all of the other things, and this is the only one that will now show up at all. Anyone else having this issue? Anyone know the answers?
@SamCaldwell13 Are you running the Legacy Edition of Sims 4? Eco Lifestyle doesn't run in the LE. I know you've bought the other packs, but please check anyway. You can see the version number along the bottom of the Main Menu, where you can load a save or start a new game. The standard version is currently 1.63.36.1010 (at least in Windows); the LE is version 1.63.36.1510.
If this isn't the issue, please check whether the game's program files contain the EL folder. The default location would be Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4, and the EL folder is EP09. If the folder isn't there, please clear Origin's cache, restart your computer, and see if you can download it.

If the folder is there, please clear Origin's cache, restart, and repair the game: open your Origin library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.
