Sims 4: Electronic Arts folder doesn't work anymore
Hey,
I have a problem with my game.
It might sound a bit complicated, but I'll try to explain it in the best way possible:
I had to delete a few folders from my Onedrive and I accidentally deleted the Documents folder with the Electronic Arts folder which was important for my saves and mods for example. I was able to save the folder later (including all the mods and saves) but now the game no longer “recognizes” the Electronic Arts folder. I've tried restarting the game, I've tried reinstalling it, I've tried uninstalling EA, the Electronic Arts folder no longer appears in my documents.
Now I'm sitting here with the old Electronic Arts folder on my desktop and I'm very desperate because I don't know what to do and I don't want to lose my mods and saves.
Does anyone know how I can get a new Electronic Arts folder there or how I can make the old folder work again?
@leahtheinfp It sounds like you didn't place the files in the Sims 4 user folder the game is currently reading. Here's how to find that folder:

If that's not the issue, please post a screenshot of the contents of your saves folder, as in, I'd like to see the save names themselves. Include the address bar, above the list of files and folders, in the screenshot.
