Sims 4 ERROR- Invalid License. what does that mean and what do i do??

Hello I called Ea today with an error installing my sims 4 game and they told me to uninstall and reinstall sims 4 and origin which i did and it installed perfectly but when i press play it comes u...

I tried this but it still pops up i saw this error with a lot of people but instead of 0x7F they have 0x7E and this helped them but it did not help me at all any other suggestions?
