I tested your save and got the same error when trying to load your lot.

I was able to make it load again with the following steps

1. Load the save but instead of choosing a Sim that's at home (or on vacation, that didn't seem to help) choose the one that's currently at the gallery. This will load the gallery lot. 
2. Go home with your Sim. The lot should now load

Now the issue with this is, that I tried your save without any cc, which means, all your Sims will be stripped of their cc and the houses as well. I don't know what messed up your game (could be a custom content piece in any of the lot that got stripped when I loaded the game this way) or something else

So, try these steps at first, with your custom content to see if it also solves the issue. If it does, you can keep the cc but do make sure all your mods are updated (if you use any of those).

If it doesn't load still, strip the game of all custom content, then try if it works for you. If it does, start putting back your cc in groups to find out what's causing it. Don't save in between and keep a backup

I also didn't test for very long so there are no guarantees it doesn't come back or other lots aren't affected as well.
