Sims 4 error code 124:88a9dcaf:6cc90252

Hello there!
So I have this problem a while ago.
Evertime when the thansgiving is coming my game is craches but now I can't help.
I tried everything. Take out the mods file, making a new sims 4 folder for a thousand times, deleting files, strarting a new game but nothing helps me.
The game is load fine but when I trying to play with my sims this error message showed up.
I am really desperate cause I don't know what to do anymore.
Someone can pls help me? :c

    Hello again!
    My game is finally working! :eahigh_file:
    I loaded one of my previous game when my sims who went to the jungle isn't existed and now it's working!!!
    Thank you for your support and your time! 😳

    Ah sorry. There's one Sim that's currently on a different lot .. but not on vacation. Think it was a gallery (aka a real gallery with paintings) lot and not the gallery where you download your Sims.

    Try playing with him instead of one of the Sims that are at home.
